Insiders own the most stock, and the second most is owned by the savviest of investors who tend to have a bit better access to information. Substantial sell offs are not caused by small, individual investors looking to unload $10 k worth of stock. They are caused by the two large groups, who can by themselves move a market.

This stock has had a tremendous run and people (smart) are taking money off the table. Meanwhile, the greed of the dreamer causes people to never cash in their paper profits.

Will NRT go higher from here? Sure, it might. But the chance of that diminishes as we go to more euphoric levels. The weakness on Friday may be a sign that the air may be coming out of the balloon.
