Greetins Sam, please allow me to respond to your six paragraphs of your response to me; 1. You state that your definition of faith is a system of belief which may be true or false, while at the same time agreeing with my definition of true biblical faith as detailed in the Epistles. How sad to date that you have not received the " real faith" as a gift from God, through His Son ,the Lord Jesus Christ 2. My faith is based completely on the fact that I can say by the Spirit within me,that Jesus Christ is Lord. I was born a son of Adam, but by the grace of God, I have now become a son of God because of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only sons of Adam who have received this Divine nature ( Eternal Life ),by the new birth ,that are now qualified to say that God dwells with-in them. For someone to look for the god within them, other than by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, is a lie born in the garden of Eden and passed on to each generation. 3. I know very little about this paragraph other than I agree with you on this Zoriastrianism Myth. Also the Eucharist does not make us divine. It is a symbol of something far greater, that being the person of Jesus Christ. Repentance and believing the Gospel is the prerequisite to receiving the Divine nature. 4. No comment. 5. You are correct in stating this paragraph which appears in the New testament, however, it appears long before in the Old Testament. Please see Jer.31:31-34 and Ezek.36:24-30. This promise was made by God to Abraham in Gen 12:3, and fullfilled by the Lord Jesus Christ at Calvary. 6 6. With due respect Sam, I measure all mans writings by one standard, that being the Word of God ministed by the Holy Spirit who dwells with-in me. You see Sam, Jesus Christ is my life, all other pales in comparison. Can you say Jesus Christ is Lord, by the Spirit, Sam. When you personally meet the risen King and Saviour I assure you without question your faith will not be a system of belief which may be true or false.
