I too would like to hear Waynes thoughts on all this... yes the clock is against us, I am waiting on a couple of phone calls before I post any more, this is all new ground for all us. I am trying to do what I feel is the right thing... if anyone disagrees or has questions present them, I dont want to do CVIA or the Shareholders any harm, so if you think this is the wrong approach say so... Only thing I can say is to check back later, maybe before you go to bed, it doesnt take but a minute to send email and have it time stamped. we can always file a temporay injunction in the morning and stall the merger while we figure out the next move and allow CVIA/WOTD and the SEC to get up to speed and do this proxy vote right.... Agreed a lawsuit is the very worst path to take, only to be chosen if all is lost. KAA
