The only places such wild ones seem to exist is on the wild west style exchanges. One company you might look at is Xinex (XNX - Alberta exchange in Canada) This company has a great communications product, a real showstopper, but not enough money to do anything with it. It's shares trade from .10 to .25, and if it doesn't get money soon, it won't even meet payroll, and some other company will pick up the product. But, if it does get money, or a senior partner, it could truly be a very, very, rare '100 bagger' within about 2 years(and you should define the time frame for your thread too).
