The investment conclusion says: While FOCS's top-line trend is unquestionably impressive on a percentage-growth basis, results for the last three quarters have fallen short of management's (and our) expectations. We currently see the shares trading at 52-week low, which we believe results from impatience on the part of investors with the Company's growth rate compared with earlier projections. Yet, with profitability imminent, several healthy alliances, and a strong balance sheet, we aren't turning our backs on this one. For those keeping a watchful eye on FOCS, our previous "wait-and-see" stance has taken a few steps toward a more decesive recommendation. We anticipate that by the end of next year, FOCS will have some earnings momentum and will be building its presence in the market. If the top-line continues at a better than 100% pace, we expect FOCS's shares to start heading north. ************************************************************* SJ
