Robert, All the photomask companies got hit when an announcement by Etec Systems that their first quarter shipments of photomask manufacturing equipment would be effected by the delay in shipment of one or more systems. PLAB was assumed to be the customer and their stock was pummeled for 10 points. Well it looks like cooler heads have returned to the market and the whole crazy reaction will prove to be nothing more than an increadable opportunity to purchase the number one player in this industry. (at bargin prices)

But my question for this MASK thread is; given the latest round of earning releases for MASK, PLAB, DPMI; what should be ones short term price target for MASK?? With $1.13 TTM earnings in the bank and a very reasonable PE ratio of 12.5 should give us a price of $14.125. If we apply full year estimates of $1.25 and a PE of 15, you have a price of $18.75. This latter price would return a 50% increase from todays price of $12.00. Comments anyone!!!!
