Mark, I don't know what your investing experience has been, but I've seen more stocks go from 3 to 0.12 then from 3 to 10. There is a huge downside at 2.12. Remember every 1/4 point down is more than a 10% loss and gets bigger as you go down. HUGE DOWNSIDE RISK !!!!!! DJF
