Isn't it pretty much axiomatic that you would hire guys that could help you? If your technology is great why would you go out and hire "big gun" technologist? By the way, one of the persons you mention is a personal acquaintance. He was "allowed to resign" in a political brouhaha from his previous employer. He also happens to be one of the sharpest technologist in the head arena today IMO. So much for objectivity in such things.

Also, I want to specify that I think RDRT is one click behind the curve unlike AMC which is a whole platform behind the curve. The problem is that, in this market, that is a major disconnect from flourishing and maybe even survival. Since our investment decisions are discretionary I am only suggesting that, for now, there are better places for your money.
