Look at SLR's purchase from NCR of its manufacturing operations. Now SLR has the risk and NCR still gets its product. I agree that that is the type of acquisition that might be being discussed. Particularly since it just happened with a competitor within the industry. My good long term returns from SLR helped me decide to buy JBL when it switched to the NYSE. Dennis
