I am not aware of any SEC case. There certainly hasn't been any announcement of such a case. I think you need to carefully check you information again.

As to whether GMTC is a good buy at current levels, I would certainly think it to be a very good buy. Current share price is below net tangible book value. In fact it is barely above cash value. This for a company with growing revenues and earnings.

You might want to consider it. I'll never know if you do, so don't let that stop you.
