Yes Miller's house was burned down about year ago.

He hadnt moved in yet..except for a few things

and they have determined it was arson

the question is who and why

racial or environmental or something else

It was on America's Most Wanted (although I didnt see it) and some are wondering if it was environmentalists as the development of the area is controversial.

The house was a gorgeous (I have been there many times as I know the previous owners) and it was sad to see something like that burned down for vicious reasons.

I dont know if he has decided to rebuild yet on that location but I heard this weekend that it has been cleared and whatever else you have to do so that you can rebuild on it.
