Jim, pass on ECOL..Yes it is finding its bottom...But you are going to have to create some volume in this stock...It still looks sick to me...But if it moves toward 2.00 on expanding volume, please post on this thread, I may enter at the neckline...Yes, this area is a safe entry point for the longer term investor in this stock, but who knows how long it will take to make the neckline again...Regards, Mark P.S.
