ALL: Another new low for BEAM yesterday (under $ 5). Can this company survive? Financial performance is dismal, particularly considering VISX's stellar quarter. VISX clearly has won the machine war, can BEAM survive on PPP and services only? There are a myriad of unresolved lawsuits/investigations surrounding the company. You would think the company would be driving hard to resolve some of these issues to get SOME good news out. There hasn't been any good news since the FDA approval. I certainly don't see a turnaround by year end so this one will be a write-off for me but what about beyond that? Any thoughts/comments are welcome. Bill One last thought ... Does anyone know how to join one of the class action lawsuits?
