They all have resigned. The new management which is the same management of Phoenix Corp., has taken over the positions.... When ARXA purchased Phoenix Corp. with shares, it cause a reverse merger which made Phoenix Corp. the majority shareholder, which led to the resignation of the old management of ARXA. I have a couple of friends in the oil/gas Induustry in the Houston area; I am going to do some more DD on the new management bright/early Monday morning. My personal take on it all; this is a whole new company with a very aggressive management with a very bright future. If these deals go through in the near future, we could easily see a dollar with the next couple of weeks/months, if not sooner. Obviuosly, what we need most is volume and constant buying to validate any of these rumors. Volume has been light, but the good thing, 90% have been on the buy side. Do your DD before you drop a penny on a penny!!!
