Veritas-I agree with you. The amount of shares Mr. Jacobs sold in February and March is only 26,600. Selling less than one percent of his shares is nothing to worry about. I would guess that he still owns more shares than all the investors in the pyng thread combined. I wish I would have bought the shares he sold at the prices he sold them at. I would be tempted to sell a few shares myself.
