Said partly tongue in cheek. As far as my investment experience
is concern, I usually don't deal with penny stocks. My definition
of a penny stock is a stock < $5. You may be right. I look at
these stocks as purely speculation. Invest maybe 1-2k and see
what happens. So my downside would be limited to that. Whereas
I have my IRA money in other more 'mainstream' stocks. I guess
I didn't think anyone would invest their IRA money in such
speculative issues. These 'penny' stocks I sort of view as option
plays. Invest a little.... Possibly lose a little.... but the
gains can be extraordinary.
