I think you hit the nail on the head. I think many of the naysayers have sold out of FAMH but now want back in and hope to keep the price down so they buy a little time for another investment to rise before selling and reinvesting the money in FAMH. I always wonder what motivates someone who doesn't own any shares of a stock but continues to spend so much time bashing it. I agree the bashers have picked some valid points (they always do), and share dilution that doesn't exceed the companies growth, while bothersome, might be acceptable if temporary and the company follows through with share buyback. I'm still sitting on flight FAMH and waiting for pilot Ira to receive instructions from the SEC to depart and travel to NASDAQ. I don't think the flight will be much longer so I'll just sit back and drink a coke with Jane.
