DAVID, If possible I would like to know if you can take a tape recorder to the meeting. This way you can transcribe key points and Q&A during the meeting. I think there are still a lot of shareholders holding a lot of Vivus shares bought in the 21+ range before the December crash. It will be interesting to see how much hostility will be directed towards Wilson and management in regards to the terrible PR. I would request questions concerning 1)any serious talk/consideration towards a takeover/buy out of Vivus by a large pharmaceutical company and 2)Why Vivus does not sue Asensio and company for the false and slanderous press release produced on December 9th.
