I modified the format a little bit... Here is my vote sent to CVIA minutes ago:

As of May 10, 1998, I am a shareholder of CVIA with XXX,XXX common shares (held in street name) in my Brokerage account at E*Trade Securities.

Due to the seemingly unscruplulous and damaging actions taken by current CVIA board of directors, I demand a proxy vote on the following items:

1. Give shareholders the chance to review the merger deal, before it happens.
My vote is YES

2. Cancel any reverse split until such time as the share price is substantially higher
My vote is YES

3. To remove Jack Arnold and the present board of directors, due to anti share holder actions
My vote is YES

The basis of these requests/votes/demands are the two Reg S share dilutions, the proposed 300:1 reverse split, And lack of reliable/credible information on WOTD and their intentions.

In conclusion, I would like CVIA to know that a group of current shareholders are in contact with one another and will be tracking this vote via the Internet. If CVIA does not respond to the vote, there will be no other option but to take legal action and make certain regulatory agencies aware that a legitimate proxy vote was not acknowledged by The company.
