Hi Bill-Your the second person that has brought the company to my
attention. A person named richaard on the warrants board had mentioned the company also. Here is data which he provided about
the warrants.

Exercise Price $5.75 expire 11/30/99 call-165% of exercise price.

Have you done any DD on the company? Any info is appreciated.
