When the trades thin out. Market makers have to have nice moves to renew interest. NYSE specialist had a 3.7 million share short interest that they have to buy back unless Techdata shut AMQT down. Even then, the stockholders' ownership has to be resolved. Personally, I expect Techdata may put some operations into AMQT to make it national, to get more money out of the stock they will own.
