5 years? You will short circuit my QWAY Computer asking me to crank that. I would say that a horizon beyond 1 year is not realistic with Quarterdeck. They have not established a foundation that proves they have staying power yet. They need to do that quickly. Short term I think they will crank out a move to $4 whether it is based on substance or vapor. Too many $4 stock options for key employees. I don't think charts do much in a manipulated market like this one has. Once the dilution effect expires you chartists can do your thing. Floor of 1 3/8 should hold for fundamental reasons and 76% of dilution selling should be winding down but capping rallies for a while. It should break out above $2 shortly.
