Over the last 4 weeks a familiar pattern has developed with the MM
and DGIVs price movement.
For those of you who are new to the thread, please be informed that throughout the trading day, I will be providing you all with "UPDATES"
to show you how many shares are being bought and sold and how large the block sizes are.
For all you "newcomers" please be aware that the MM are capable of "scaring the hell" out of regular investors, DGIV veterans have seen these headfakes twice over the last few weeks.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEM !!!!!
1) Keep abreast of the buy/sell ratio throughout the day to "ease your mind".
2) The MM don't have an inventory in DGIV, therefore whenever I call to buy more shares, the traders tell me that they are going to "short"
me the shares. That means the only way they can get them back at a lower price is if "WE" sell it to them. SO DON'T !!!
3) If there is no news tomorrow and the market seems to be "tanking" the MM see that as an opportunity to "lower" the bid slowly, but surely. JUST AS BYRON METIONED TO YOU - LOW VOLUME - DO NOT PLACE STOP LOSS ORDERS THEY WILL COME DOWN TO YOUR PRICE AND PICK THEM UP!
4) My Bloomberg terminal shows me every buy/sell going buy, I have noticed that some people sell DGIV to daytrade other stocks with the
goal to rebuy DGIV later - DON'T RISK IT !
NEWS IS IMMINENT!
5) FINALLY, ALL OF THIS IS IRRELEVANT IF YOU ARE LONG DGIV, BUT WHY GIVE THE EVIL MM MORE MONEY OUT OF OUR POCKET - MAKE THEM PAY FOR SHORTING DGIV !!!!!!!
