Hey Joe, you know you are right maybe I will take a look at JOES. Even if it was being accumulated for the last three days of last week. I truly wonder who that was buying in just days before your recommendation.

Anyway here is what I found very quickly about JOES.

Its authorized capital stock is 50,000,000shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share and 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share. As of November 14, 1996 filing there were 6,328,428 shares of common stock issued. Then on March 25, 1998 filing there are 12,750,968 issued. Looks to me like these guys love to issue stock. (could it be during run ups)

OPERATING LOSSES (from yahoo)
The Company has incurred net losses of $211,522 and $18,700 for the fiscal years ended December 31, 1997 and December 31, 1996, respectively. Such operating losses reflect developmental and other start-up activities. The Company expects to incur losses in the near future until profitability is achieved. The Company's operations are subject to numerous risks associated with establishing any new business, including unforeseen expenses, delays and complications. There can be no assurance that the Company will achieve or sustain profitable operations or that it will be able to remain in business.

So, they hire Wall Street Group (could they have paid in shares?) to tout the company to the world. They make their way to a news letter.

You may be right on this one Joe, but I think I will pass and the biggest deciding factor has to be the buying between Wed. and Fri. of last week.
