I agree with you "TelcomMan". IAS has the world wide commercial rights for the antenna, ITKG has the military and government rights. IAS announced that they raised 1 million dollars last month to do further research and development. I would expect announcements regarding contracts in the near future. IAS has a very small float, on good news it will move up fairly quickly.
