They expire in June of 2000 and each warrant allows you to buy one share of LGND for 7 1/8 if I recall correctly. You can exercise them anytime prior to June 2000 as well. If those numbers aren't exactly correct, I'm sure someone will jump on me. They are close enough for my bookkeeping! Cheers, Torben
