To all:

My current personal favorites:

a) The new Taco Bell commercial with the little chihuahua trying to catch Godzilla with a string, a stick and rope. Starts out with "Here lizard. Here lizard." in a distinctly Mexican accent. The commercial then goes into the tie in between Taco Bell and the movie. The end shows Godzilla stomping toward the dog who says "Uh-oh. I tink a need a beeger box!".

b) Two different commercials on CNBC from an investment company (I think). The first shows an adult son addressing his folks and bluntly telling them that he hasn't saved anything and has no way of helping his parents in their old age. The punch line has the son encouraging his parents to get a job and he says "I think there's plenty of jobs out there for old folks like you. Make me proud!". The second commercial shows this 50-ish woman returning from work and her husband sitting at the table. He: "You know how we always talked about saving for retirement?". She: "Yes." He: "Well we can't." She: "Huh? Why not?" He: "Who knows? We never saved." Commercial yada yada yada... Ends with, He: "You know, I've been thinkin'. There's a lot of lawns in this neighborhood. I see income potential here." Shell shocked look on her face.

c) A Jack-in-the-Box quote: "A bun ain't meat nor cheese!"

Lastly you asked for our version of a commercial. I'll do Pepsi versus Coke. Start out with the typical Pepsi taste test of yesteryear. Blindfolded man tastes the first product and licks his lips. Now he tastes the second product, and repulsively sprays it out of his mouth all over the place. Camera slowly reveals first product to be Pepsi and second product not quite revealed, but we can partially see the familiar red competitor's label. While spraying, man exclaims "Well, that DEFINITELY tastes like #1.........., if you catch my drift!"
