Robert,

from the PMs and E mail sent to me it looks like another 3 million shares have also requested a proxy vote. (unverified of course)

I will be in contact with the OK attorney this morning to see if he will go ahead and file an injunction to put a hold on this merger. If he doesnt I hope you will also make the inquiries, that you had mentioned.

If Jack or WOTD ignores the requests for the proxy vote, or if we are to late, and the merger has been signed, if it does us more damage, or decreases our equity any more than what has been done since Dec.
We start Class action against them (last resort.)

This is a complicated situation, to deal with and the out come remains to be seen. It's a shame it comes down to the last minute, CVIA/WOTD intentionally did this. The Attorney called on April 24, and was told by Keith the WOTD deal was dead, so he pulled back. End result CVIA and WOTD bought time through a series of deceptions, the The possibly bogus 04/14 PR, the April Reg S, then waiting until late on a Friday to file, telling investors merger news "was none of their business" the news blackout and telling legal counsel the deal was dead.

KAA
