Rick Sending this proxy is a personal choice, you all dont need to reveal to anyone your holdings only to Jack Arnold, but I think we are over the required thresh hold for the proxy vote. But every share and every investor counts, in this issue. I just hope all this didnt crash the CVIA email server <g> KAA
