>>Yup, this looks like a standard, garden-variety pump-and-dump scam.<<
Certainly has some of those characteristics.
OTOH, how do you explain the following list of demonstrations?
oxtwo.com
OX2 US Tour / March 9 - April 30
Companies to which the OX2 has been successfully Demonstrated
March 9, 1998 Carroll Shelby Enterprises March 14, 1998 Bob Teague Marine March 18, 1998 Unique Mobility, Inc. March 23, 1998 NASA Lewis Research Center March 25, 1998 JH Engineering March 31, 1998 Briggs & Stratton April 1, 1998 Kohler Generators April 2, 1998 Mercury Marine April 3, 1998 Caterpillar April 6, 1998 OMC April 29-30, 1998 U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command
If it's a scam, how did they manage to pull the wool over the eyes of such prestigious companies/organizations? If the list is a fabrication, somebody would have sued by now.
Why would Carroll Shelby ruin his reputation by promoting a scam? Does he really need money that badly? I doubt it.
Frankly, I don't know what to make of this company. I don't have a position yet so I have nothing to lose or gain.
What prevents me from just automatically yelling "fraud" is the above list of demos. If it's real, the technology is not a fraud.
