I believe that ALYD will rally on any significant acquisition news if the acquisition contributes to the short- and long-term bottom line.

But why do you care? You don't put your money on the line... you sit on the sidelines and watch the real players in the game.... probably how you go through life too....

If you are convinced that ALYD is going down... buy puts or go short... otherwise you are wasting my time since you really don't seem to have anything valuable to contribute to the thread.
