Matt, my dear friend, please realize HERC for what it is. Most water treatment service companies have kicked *ss over the last year. BetzDearborn, Nalco, etc. HERC moves 1/16 and loses 25% of it's market value.
Matt, please take your paper route money and deposit it into a passbook savings account.
I caught Ralph (original site author) badmouthing HERC on another site, ah everyone learns sooner or later.
