Pluvia/s.r.: Class action lawsuits, what a complete waste of time . Their only use is the bad publicity for people shorting the stock to get some extra play for them. Why would anybody waste their time and energy to make money for the lawyers only to receive nothing or chump change in return? Yeah, right, keep us informed, not.
