The thirty million is actually ten for Canada and twenty for the US. I tried to read through all of the restrictions, but it is not what you would call an exciting read. I do know they are borderline at best at meeting all of the requirements. You are absolutely right about stepping into quicksand. The last thing STUA needs right now is more debt.

There are many opportunities to grow and there may be some interesting cherry picking opportunities as well. The key issue is whether a company has the capital base to strike as these opportunities present themselves. GMTC has such a capital base and to a lesser extent BNGO. The coming months will be very interesting.
