Thanks JJ. Although I understand your concern about dilution, it is a fact of business life in growing an emerging company. I can assure you that we have a comprehensive plan in place that will position BCB for rapid top-line growth and relatively quick bottom-line results. What we envision is the kind of performance, through a three-year window, that the market values highly and should be reflected by the increasing value of our stock, in spite of dilution. It might also help to know that all of us at BCB, especially the new management team, are mainly compensated through stock and options...which means our interests are very much in line with yours and other shareholders.
