I spoke with the company on Friday and they said the auditors were just finishing up with their work. He also said that the SEC requirement is that they must file by Friday the 15th. He thought they would be ready to report Wednesday or Thursday. I've been a lurker for while and thought I would help all out for what it is worth. -Ed
