I can't really disagree with you, yes there is always always opportunities to buy, yes, it will probably gap up, and continue a steady rise, etc.
Here's where you might reconsider the proposition of risk, and this arguement is not too heavy handed, so please take it in context.
ENMD has a supposed cure based on testing with rats, they've not gotten to the higher primates, and it will take some time and steps before they get there. It might all be a bust, so, if you did not get in at the IPO, probablilty is that you'll lose long term.
CD has genuine brand positions, real services, proven track record, and strong fundamentals. They are positioned well and have gotten some bad press which does little to effect the business model. It is, to you point, a bit of a risk with the irregularities hiding out there, but Co, will probable weather the storm well. I'm thinking that there are some similarities between this Co, and GEICO/Gillette/Coke given previous negative perceptions subsequently found to be overblown. |
