Keiko,

I'm not sure, but I believe Trinity owns only 600k shares of SLF.

There was an issue of "first subscription" shares and "second subscription" shares. Here on the SI thread we were of the opinion that only the 1st subscription shares were being debated in court. However, the amounts quoted in the SEC filings describing the settlement make it sound as if the 2nd subscription shares were also part of the deal. Thus Trinity got 80% of both sets, adding up to 622,898 shares.

They may still own a separate set of shares purchased on the open market, but this was only about 21,000 shares.

Bottom line: I think Trinity holds about 650k shares of SLF, total.

Corrections welcome, if I've miscounted.
