We need the company's view going forward in a press release. Heidi in IR still maintains that nothing negative was conveyed during the conference call. I suspect that there may not be reason to lower estimates.

She said that that although some news releases stated .08 instead of .11, and even though they earned .11, the releases can be considered correct because S & P doesn't consider merger costs to be extraordinary. The headlines saying .08 before extraordinary charges caused a lot of confusion and a lot of brokerages called up.

The more this gets clarified, the better it is for share price, so the company should release their revenue and earnings projections and restate the .11 eps.
