Mostly OT: E-Bill, Gintel Holdings

Dear Mr. Gintel,

Thanks for the link to your IBD article. It was interesting to learn that you hold Capstead Mortgage (CMO). CKFR and CMO intersect at E-Bill, as CMO was one of the original four companies to pilot the service (with SWBT, GPU Power, the Denver office of the SBA).

I visited CMO's offices in TX as part of the pilot implementation, and I was singularly impressed with CMO's commitment to investment in technology. The ratio of number of employees to number of loans serviced is much lower than the industry average. Their early adoption of E-Bill is very much "in character" in this regard.

I am extremely overweighted in CKFR position (even more than you, percentage-wise!). I am thinking of diversifying, and exploring CMO as a candidate. It gives me great comfort to know you are already there.

It would be interesting to know if CMO has estimates on savings E-Bill could generate for them once it is broadly adopted within their own customer base. I don't suppose they've shared that information with you?

Andrew,
