Internet Infinity Acquires Health & Medical Library for New Internet

COSTA MESA, Calif., May 11, 1998 -- Internet Infinity, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITNF - news) announced today that it
has completed the acquisition of a multimedia health and medical program library in exchange for Internet Infinity common
stock. ''The Company's new strategy has been initiated,'' stated George Morris, Chairman of Internet Infinity.
The library of programs covering good health, cures and treatment for common ailments and other health and medical
information will be used to help build a high traffic internet site. Internet Infinity will have both listings with links and
advertisement for the health and medical industry. ''Full motion video, audio, graphic and print all will be used on the site to
communicate to the user in an easy and effective manner,'' states Morris.
Internet Infinity will also directly market and distribute health and medical products and services. Currently, the Internet Infinity
subsidiary Electronic Media Central Corporation is delivering over $200,000 per quarter of electronic media to over 200
customers.
The company will begin placing client internet pages and links on the new Internet Infinity health and medical site this month.
The health and medical information site is part of the new forthcoming Internet Infinity Trade Center site. Revenues from the
site should commence immediately thereafter, explained Morris.
