Joe and Judith.... just completed conference.... They need sponsorship... and are well aware of this... a fellow from Dean Witter indicated (as I had) that he was blown away.... he was actually suspicious that there might be one time gains included in the numbers... well, there aren't... Compare BOBJY (another of my holdings since the low teens)... SPNSF will make more money than they will this year and is currently at 1/2 price... SPNSF had a much more significant eps surprise 600% vs 100%.... market action is often hard to predict.... Also, Zuckerman & Weiss (CEO COO) are VERY understated to a fault.... Jenkins of TAVA would have been jumping out of his shorts with this quarter.... SPNSF managers are just not promotional in the salesman sense.... they seem like super computer nerds.... maybe because they got sued years ago... anyhow, soon they must break out of the shell.... Empasis is in Y2K conversion/compliance test offerings to bring new long term customers through the door... said to be working... Compliance test product line is/will be very hot... there is big potential there... even with people that did not use their conversion product.... Recently completed Stateside training of KEA EDS personnel in the use of their products... get licensing fees per line converted here...Euro conversion will be strong later this year... they are thought to have a big leap on the competition here..... IBM Transconnect shipping software they have no visibility toward... Internet products for migration of legacy apps is soon to finish beta testing... no revs yet..... They are doubling European higher language capacity... from 10 to 20 personnel in France.... business booming there... Curret capacity has been doubled to 70mil lines of code.... over the next 7 years they will make a TON of Y2K money
