Bill's role at DWEB

Maybe a formal introduction is in order.ÿ I'm BJ Taylor (i.e. -- Bill Jr.) and I am DynamicWeb's (DWEB) Manager of Public/Investor Relations.ÿ I have been the Manager of PR for about a year now and the Investor Relations part of my job was added to my job description after we completed our offering.ÿ Prior to this, DynamicWeb was my client for a year while working at Poppe Tyson Advertising and Public Relations.

From the first day that I posted to the group, when I prepared my
profile that publicly and openly declared me to be DWEB's Manager of
Public/Investor Relations, my sole purpose for posting here and other
Internet alternate "news outlets", was to disseminate information to
potentially interested parties.

Our CEO, personally directed me to treat this thread as a new media
"news outlet" after being snubbed one more time by Dow Jones lack of
coverage with our Sterling partnership announcement.

Our CEO also made it very clear to me that my role here will be very
narrow.ÿ Consistent with the idea that this forum is just a new fangled "news outlet", the group should expect to see me posting future announcements here, simultaneous with our release to PR Newswire and 200 other news organization.ÿ I will not engage in discussions regarding the relative value of DWEB or engage in any activity that might be deemed "hyping" my company's stock.

However, people should feel free to ask questions -- but they need to
respect that I can't answer with non-public information.

In summary, expect behavior from me consistent with "Here's the
information, do what you want with it!"

I hope that this helps to shed some light as to why I'm posting here.

BJ
