SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1998--RFID Systems Corp. (OTC BB:RFID - news) announced
today that it has retained the services of I.W. Miller & Co., Inc. to create a financial public relations campaign and provide
investor relations' services for the company.

Ira Miller, President of I.W. Miller & Co., Inc. stated, ''We are very impressed with the management and the growth
potential for RFID Systems and look forward to working with them in the future.''
