RMI is a stock on the AMEX exchange. Specialist has inadequate cash and stock pool for RMI. RMI at one time had a value below $4/share. Due to overbought conditions, stock fell to $1+. Company was originally Pentron in the 1950s. Then in the 1980s, merged with an arc suppressor company which failed. The managemet for the plastics part of the company resurrected RMI. Last few years, had even issued dividends. Sales had improved each year as well. This year merged with Rotocast, and is expecting $50 million revenue from $40 million last year.

The company is stale. No one to guide it for phenomena growth. But they succeeded to build it slowly from ashes in the last few years.
