Not very probable but then again when any co sells a division to another is selling tech. brains and physical assets they once valued. In short everything is for sale and my belief that it won't happen has nothing to do with what will. CGNE is one of those situations that has such potentially important products that if it had been able to control cost and generate profits it would have been a spetacular performer. Don't own Monsanto but thats probably the way to play CGNE especially if Monsanto divides into two or more cos. What do you think CGNE prospects are?
