Ignoring the polarizing pejorative" just simply" for a moment - I disagree. And the Fish is on my, uhm, side in this matter. The text of the Second Amendment is pretty clear. Construing it as a collective right is one of the more egregiously execrable acts of doublethink happening in today's appellate courts. Show me one other place in the Constitution where a right that isn't individual is not clearly labeled as such.
And the ecosystem here is more robust that you want to give it credit.
