Now, you're saying they have 1.2 million between the 3 of them, and one of them has 290K ... this means the remaining 2 have 910K which is roughly 12% of the outstanding stock ... so 1 or both of them have at least 5% ... what are their names so I can verify with the SEC filings ... oh, you can't supply them because of security reasons ??? Good luck to you and your colleagues ... This $5 calculator has been pretty handy for me ... in fact, I really like numbers ... once you simplify things to mathematical equations, the smoke disappears ...
