Kevin, the fact that it is "very convenient" is what gives Microsoft the unfair advantage. Competition and supply/demand don't work if you don't have somewhat free access to all your choices.

And no, the average person will not be able to "go out and download Netscape." If Win-98 *IS* the browser, then how, exactly, does the average non-computer literate person replace it?
