That's significant - the price is pegging near resistance levels at around 24 and the stock chart TA has been mixed. This indicates increased confidence in the outlook for commercial and other sales programs. It should be a strong year (finally) for Excel sales growth. We now have some real improvement in the numbers and increased sales momentum that should carry forward through the rest of the year.
